Diabetics at TGI Friday

If you're a diabetic, then you must be extra careful while dining at TGI Friday. Try the salad menu at TGI Friday to keep your sugar and sodium intake in check. Soups are great to keep you full and satisfied without munching on the unhealthy greased meat-based dishes on TGI Friday menu.

Foods to Avoid at TGI Friday for Diabetics:

Sugar and sodium intake are crucial if you have diabetes. While the salads are the best option for you at TGI Friday, it is recommended to avoid the Pecan-Crusted Chicken Salad containing over 1000 calories and 1,650mg sodium. Wow!! Very good service here. Greeted multiple times, sat right away, and my diet coke was always full. I'm not a huge fan if Fridays food, it's good, but not great in my opinion...but I had gift cards and didn't want to cook. I got the ribs which were decent. The fries were awesome though!! The atmosphere of this Fridays is really nice. Huge bar area and the seating was cool. The best thing for me though was the service. Great people, great attitudes, and very friendly. I would go back because I that alone. :)

I usually love Fridays, but this location made me cringe and I left without dinner. Our server was slow and could barely remember to give us silverware and we had to keep reminding him that we still couldn't eat without some forks... Ugh. I ordered a salad with balsamic dressing. They gave me BBQ sauce instead and I dumped it all over my salad before tasting it... Salad ruined and our server no where to be seen for 25 minutes. No joke. Finally a manager came by after noticing I wasn't eating. We told her the ordeal and she wanted to make me a new one. Umm no? It's 9 pm and I'm too angry to eat. So I told her to comp our appetizer and forget the salad. Long story short, I went to bed hungry and angry! Never again TGIFridays!

I"m not a huge fan of chain restaurants -- the food and service tend to be bland and boring. However, I've never had service at a chain like we had today. We were nearby for a hockey event and thought we would get the kids out of the cold for a bit. The food was delish, hubby said his burger was the best Friday's burger he's ever had, service was top-notch and the food came out quickly. Nothing else we could have asked for!

We stopped at this TGI Fridays recently with a larger group of about 15. Our tradition of catching dinner here anytime we're in town for the Michigan Music Conference will probably end after this year. I have to say that nobody had issues with the food itself...same as what you would expect from TGI but the service was horrendous. Yes we did have a large group but the place was half empty. We received the type of service you might expect with a packed restaurant during the Super Bowl or some huge event. When the place is not even half full things should not take forever to fill water glasses, get our food, etc. From the looks of other poor reviews, the management at this location has got some work to do to turn things around. There are way too many outstanding restaurants within walking distance that do get it and know what great customer service means.

I visited this location with 14 other people a week or so ago. We called ahead letting them know that a group our size would be coming in. They mentioned they don't take reservations which we knew but said they would have a table ready for us at 7:15. We were not given a table until almost 8 o'clock. The waitress asked us if we wanted our food to come out as soon as it was done or all together. We stated as soon as it was done as we were hungry and did not want cold food. Some people ordered a side of fries with something like boneless wings. They brought out the fries way before anything else so by the time their wings arrived their fries were cold. Service is general was extremely slow. We arrived at 7:15 as they stated and did not leave until around 9:45. We went in to grab a quick bite before going out to the bars and ended up spending almost three hours of our night at this place. After our concern was expressed to the waitress she offered us coupons.. After waiting around for so long that night we expected maybe free drinks AT LEAST. Needless to say we were completely dissatisfied.

Right away I was very impressed with the customer service! The hostess was so polite and congratulated my boyfriend and I on our anniversary. She was a very personable girl! Our waitress was Jazz and she was beyond helpful and polite! The atmosphere here is excellent and I can't wait to come back!

Long day, many steps, and fancy suits: this was my day so far. I came in expecting a normal sit in restaurant, but was greeted by a family atmosphere. BUT the wings were dry and tasted like chicken nuggets, and as a man who loves wings, in was disappointed!

Garbage. This fridays is just like all the other fridays but the service is even worse. Unbelievable. I waited 25 minutes to get the waiter to come back after getting us water to take our order. Unfortunately for her she came back to an empty table. Never, EVER had good service every time I've come here. Three strikes you're out fridays! Goodbye for good. If I could, I'd give this Negative stars

The sirloin and ribs were dry and the Mac and cheese was ok. The only reason I gave a third star was because of miss Debbie our waitress. She was extremely polite fast to serve and knew her menu well.

He invested $5000 on his own and borrowed another $5000 from his mother to buy a bar named The Good Tavern and renamed the premise to Thank God It's Friday, inspired from an expression during his time at Bucknell University.
